• Why do I need Telecall?
  Because when you use Telecall, your phone calls to any other Telecall user are free, doesn’t matter where the other customer is.
• Can I call people that do not have Telecall?
  Yes. If the person you're calling doesn't have Telecall, the call will be placed using your credit on Telecall account - much cheaper than your regular operator. But don't forget to invite your friends to Telecall so your calls inside Telecall group is Free.
• Can I install Telecall on my Android phone?
  Not yet - a version for Android devices will be available in a few months.
• Can I install Telecall on my Blackberry?
  Not yet - a version for Blackberry devices will be available in a few months.
• Can I use Telecall on an iPad or an iPod Touch?
  Telecall was primarily developed for iPhones, so for the best experience, an iPhone is recommended. While Telecall is known to work on iPod Touch and iPads, they are not officially supported.
• Can I invite my friends to Telecall?
  Yes, and you should. The more friends you have with Telecall installed, the more of your calls are free.
• Will Telecall help reduce my phone bill?
  Once you and your friends install Telecall, you can use it to talk as much as you want. Talk, talk, and talk some more and it's all free. Just make sure all your friends get Telecall. Also calls from outside Telecall group, you can call using Telecall rates, that are much cheaper than your regular operator.
• Can I use Telecall when roaming internationally?
  Yes, it doesn't matter where you or your friends are, be it on the same network or in a totally different country. You can talk for as much as you want, for free. Just make sure your friends have Telecall too, and check your data plans and roaming rates. If you are able to use an wi-fi connection you will be able to receive calls while travelling without paying roaming.
• I don't have 3G, can I still use Telecall?
  Telecall doesn't requires an Internet connection: You can you an internet connection like 3G or Wi-Fi, or use the feature call throw, using the balance you have in your account. Even without Internet you are still able to make calls.
• Does it cost anything to use Telecall?
  Telecall to Telecall calls are absolutely free. If you want to make calls outside Telecall customers, is require credit on your account. But calls are much cheaper than you regular operator.
• Does Telecall include advertisements?
  Telecall doesn't contain any annoying ads.
• How do I import my contacts to Telecall?
  You don't. Telecall uses your iPhone's address book and it's always synced. To make free calls between Telecall users, we suggest that you enter an info (code). That way you know who you can call for free!
• How long does it take to register?
  You don't have to register! You know your phone number, and so do your friends, so why bother with yet another username and password? Telecall uses your phone number as your "identity" and lets you make free Telecall phone calls to any of your friends that have Telecall - using THEIR phone number.
• Can I have a virtual number in other places that rings on my Iphone?
  Yes. You can have Local Numbers or Geografic Number or Toll Free Number in different Cities or Countries, and all of it will ring on your Telecall account (your Iphone).
• How can I get those virtual Numbers?
  You buy your Virtual number on your Iphone, on Telecall App. There you can find all Countries/Cities available and prices per month.
• If my Telecall APP is not open, I still receive the calls?
  YES.Even if you APP is not open, it will be ON.
